Hosting the show at the Ballpark was a wonderful experience for us, and we truly enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere it provided. However, as we planned for future events, we encountered challenges with the space requirements and the availability of dates at the Ballpark. These factors ultimately made it difficult for us to continue hosting the festival at that location.

In light of these challenges, we are thrilled to have found a new home for the festival at the El Paso Convention Center and the surrounding streets. This venue offers us the flexibility and space we need to create an even more engaging and enjoyable experience for all attendees. We are committed to enhancing every aspect of the festival in this new location, from the layout and accessibility to the variety of activities and entertainment options available.

To further improve the experience, we are adding areas to sit throughout the festival footprint. However, please note that this is a festival layout, and seating is limited. The front of the stage will be standing room only, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the performances up close.

Our primary goal is to enhance your overall experience by reducing waiting times, allowing you to spend more time enjoying the music, entertainment, and atmosphere. To achieve this, we will be doubling the number of bars at the festival. We are working to strategically place these additional points of sale throughout the venue, ensuring that they are conveniently located and easily accessible.

We will be implementing a dedicated pit area located directly in front of the stage, reserved exclusively for our VIP guests.

This exclusive access will provide an up-close view of the performances, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the energy and excitement of the event. Our goal is to enhance your festival experience by offering a premium view point that brings you closer to the action.

We are pleased to inform you that we will be opening up the interior of the Convention Center to offer additional indoor restroom facilities for your convenience. This enhancement is part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

To assist you in easily locating all restroom facilities, we will be providing a detailed map as the event date approaches. This map will highlight all restroom locations, both indoor and outdoor, to ensure you can quickly and easily find the facilities you need.

We will be increasing the number of food trucks available throughout the festival grounds. This strategic enhancement is designed to reduce waiting times, thereby improving the overall efficiency of service.

Our goal is to provide you with a diverse array of culinary options, ensuring that your dining and festival experience are both satisfying and memorable.
